Capello wouldn't take the job mid-season. He needs the whole pre-season to get his fitness regime in. And he would want to be able to buy his own players, which is difficult in January.
If Capello is unlikely to join them, I can't see any reason for Inter to sack Benitez, who do you want to take over? Rijkaard isn't a realistic option, Arigones plays dinosaur football and their so called legend won't be an upgrade.
Thursday 9 December, 2010 Thiago Silva suffers knee injury
Milan have suffered a real blow after it emerged that Thiago Silva has suffered a nasty-looking knee injury.
The Brazil international underwent a series of tests this morning, including an MRI which ultimately revealed that he has torn the meniscus in his right knee.
Milan have since released a statement detailing that Thiago Silva plans to travel to Brazil where he will seek a second opinion from the national team's doctor Jose Luiz Runco.
It is as yet unclear how long he faces on the sidelines, but meniscus injuries tend to take a while to heal.
The only crumb of comfort is that Milan have just two more League games before the winter break.
Thiago Silva is widely considered to be a key component of Milan's defence alongside Alessandro Nesta.
Mathieu Flamini has also been ruled out for three or four weeks after he tore the medial ligaments in his right knee.
Apart from the Italians, the ex-Yu players are the only ones left who support Italian teams and still prefer serie A ahead of other leagues (well, not always of course. Money talks most of the time). The annoying part is that most of them support Milan.
i`m truly amazed by how many disgusting teams there are in serie a. you got lazio, roma, inter, milan, genoa and fiorentina, napoli.
no other league has this amount os scum teams in them. which makes us being more sucessful and bigger than these scum all the more satisfying. everytime we win and thes teams cry foul play is great. fuck these shady ass bitch teams.

The psychological shock will be great if they lose Zlatan. Ronaldinho is imo a better player than Zlatan, but the latter has some stupid reputation in Italy where the opponents fear him and his presence makes his teammates very confident.
Zlatan gets injured, the media will start asking all the time if Milan can "survive" without him, Milan players and the coach will say that they can but they will feel the huge pressure and they will break.
i disgree. eventually they will dip in form without having competent defenders (you just know nest will get injured) satan ibrahimovic or no satan ibrahimovic.
