Can't really say if its a good thing (to us) firing him now or not.

Cause they might do a Tottenham/Redknapp and resurrect their season. Or they might enter an endless cycle of hiring/firing coaches every season and return to the shitty Inter that I've always known for the past 20 years :touched:

I think thats what on Moratti's mind right now :D

I agree, I just hope it turns out horrible either way :D

No matter what Moratti chooses, Benitez only has a certain amount of time at Inter before results force his hand.

I think so too, Moratti is in a dilemma that he might end up in the vicious cycle he was in before Calciopoli but at the same time he has a huge problem at his hands that he is not able to solve.

They will give him till the new year I think, If they do fire him expect either Spalletti or Zenga most likely the latter. But it wouldn't suprise me if they at least attempt getting Spalletti.

I heard Leonardo seems like a viable option? IF so I don't see him doing well at all, at a.c he had all the attacking options and inter ehhh not so much. Also heard that Jose wants eto'o at madrid is that true?

i hope they keep him until after the christmas break and let him buy some totally stupid players and then after that he should be fired, so that inter spent money on players that wont strengthen them and the next coach has to manage that fucked up squad ^^

I dont want di vaio at Juve, I hope these rumours arent true. He reminds me of Gilardino, plenty of potential at parma, who didnt live up to the hype

The Players’ Association has confirmed this weekend’s strike will be called off. “We have a deal and will sign it tomorrow.”
The AIC had called a strike for the weekend of December 11-12 in protest at the failure to negotiate a new collective bargaining agreement, but talks went on for seven hours on Tuesday.

“We are taking advantage of the public holiday to check with the players if this deal is acceptable,” explained AIC Vice-President Leonardo Grosso on Radio Sportiva.

The issue of forcing transfers on players has now been scrapped, while the matter of making players train separately from their teammates will be decided during the campaign.

“The 'incriminated’ article must be rewritten, but it’s just an issue of principle that a player has the right to train with his teammates.

“We’re on the right track and have effectively done most of the work, it just needs to be finalised.

“We want to avoid the situation where there is a squad of 30 players and 29 of them train together, but one is on his own because he turned down a transfer.

“Clearly the world has evolved and there can be separate training sessions, but we only want to ensure one player isn’t left to play keepy-uppy in the back garden just because he won’t renew his contract or accept a particular transfer.

Training alone to force them accept a transfer didn't work with Grosso. They should instead have a rule that a team can send unwanted players to train with the ultras for 1 weak. :D
