Who made him worth that, Palermo?
He was payed, what, 5-6mln euros. He was shining in many matches and showed his class.

He did make mistakes but he has potential to play for a top club. No wonder many clubs were after him. I wouldn't be surprised if he shines there.

He was always on the top of my list when it comes down to CBs. I rate that guy and I think he can make it.

That's how you rate him though. I think Palermo got him for ~4m.

I think he has been too average or prone to error to be worth over 10m, if I were buying.

He was linked to us before, thank god we didn't pursue him any longer. He would be disastrous in our high defensive line.

Cavani would be benched by the superior Abel Hernandez full time this coming season, and they manage to sell him for that sum? (whatever part of the deal is for him, its splendid), man good job by Zamparini.

35m richer, and only really need to replace Kjaer with a decent/competent CB.

They will be very strong in the upcoming season. Viola too, now that they are not playing in the CL. And if Roma gets sold, Seria A will surely be the most interesting league to follow and watch.
