It's a predictable prediction that Inter would look worse under Benitez than Mourinho. Obviously one is better than the other. But Inter still looks like the most likely team to win Serie A, so lets not celebrate Benitez going there just yet.

I don't really think anybody here has the ability to objectively rate Benitez's title chances with Inter.

I do.

Benitez is a good coach and has the best squad in the league, so it is very likely Inter will win the title, and they may have a good go at the CL again if they get their injured players back in time for the knockouts.

Genoa: 'Unsporting Inter disgusting'

Gian Piero Gasperini and Enrico Preziosi feel Genoa didn’t deserve to lose, as the President said “Inter’s unsporting behaviour was disgusting.”

Last night the Nerazzurri scraped a 1-0 win at Marassi thanks to Sulley Ali Muntari’s lone strike.

“I am disgusted. The spectacle of the last 15 minutes was incredible,” slammed President Preziosi.

“Seeing a team that aims to win the Scudetto behave like a provincial club is disgusting. They shouldn’t have to resort to such tactics.

“I am very upset, as Inter’s behaviour was disgusting and had nothing to do with football. Seeing even a champion like Samuel Eto’o put on such a show when he wasn’t even touched was unsporting behaviour.

“I would like instead to praise Genoa, who made a good impression and did not deserve to lose.”

Coach Gasperini was less harsh on Inter, but still agreed the 1-0 result was harsh.

“I’m disappointed for the players and the fans. We thought that we deserved a different result, considering how the game was played and the number of chances we created.

“We certainly would’ve had more options without the many injuries, but those who played did a good job. Towards the end we really piled on the pressure and had a really clear opportunity with Luca Toni.

“In any case, we must take the best lessons from this game, such as the team spirit. It’s a difficult and long campaign. It’s a pity to lose these points, but this isn’t the kind of performance that should disappoint us.”

Capello never really played Piero that often under his Line up usually on bench DP never really liked him. Capello wanted the whole team to be Defenders.
