Incredible. To give a foul and not a yellow for that is mindblowing. If Sokratis didn't foul Lavezzi then the Argie was gonna be 1 on 1 with the keeper. It was either a foul and a yellow, or no foul. If Sokratis wasn't on a yellow already, he was gonna be booked for sure.
He also made at least 2-3 fouls that could have gotten him the 2nd yellow.

I meant the speed of the ball. That was a bullet.
Granted, Amauri rarely (errr, never) finds himself in such situations to have a free header, but there were some 4-5 situations this year where his header must have been faster, but it was too slow.
