There was a lot of talk about the serie A vs Bundesliga thing and questions have been asked why is Bundesliga overtaking serie A.
Little contribution from me and perhaps one small reason for the above:

Average attendance Serie A 2009/2010:

On average there were 42 441 people attending Bundesliga matches and 23 455 followed serie A matches.

There are more average attendance in Germany than in England yet the premier league clubs are generating faaar more :money: than the German's bundesliga clubs.

Germans always had more average attendance than the Italians (even in the 90's) or any other European countries yet Italian clubs were dominating more (back in that period).

Average attendance hardly says much about the difference about both Leagues.....
