Nah, I don't believe in a conspiracy if you mean an organised system in which it is certain Inter will win the scudetto even before the first game is played.

Mourinho's a good manager and Inter's a good team. I won't deny that.

But all those decisions in Inter's favour the last two years make me think that it is possible that the scudetto race isn't entirely fair. Add to that the odd decision that Inter received the 2005/2006 scudetto even though it was widely believed that Juventus won it without cheating and I am very, very skeptic towards Italian football. In all fairness it just doesn't feel right anymore. I don't want another scandal and by God I hope nothing is going on, but I am skeptic.

They're still crying for that Ronaldo vs Iuliano confrontation because that's one of the few calls we had in favor(if you call it in our favor since the same thing happened but outside the box in today's roma/inter and there was no whistle) while I can name like more than a handful in the past 2 seasons in favor of inter.

I didn't compare the two managers, fact is Inter aren't superior to us and I believe they're ahead of us thanks to Refs and not Mourinho.

I believe I also told you that I don't care about Mourinho's record and what he did or achieved with Porto or Chelsea, we're talking about Inter and their season.

Even Napoli coach said that the ref did a good job in last night match. I don't know why you're forcing yourself to find un-existed things.


I'll repeat, 7 points in less than 1 month, If you already forgot the two Adriano handball in the Milan and Bologna game then that's something else. Or If you consider hand part of scoring goals then that's understandable.

If you go back and read my post i didnt say inter are superior to us (even though they undeniably are), i said "this is why mourinho is the best manager in serie a" when crespo scored. You claimed he was'nt and your justification was that there is a new calciopoli....

Thats fine if you don't judge a coach by what they have done in the past as an indication of how good a manager they are, Paul Ince is just as good a manager as Fabio Capello if you use that logic.

The handballs were debatable, they're the type of things that are hard to see if your reffing a game especially with the ball travelling at speed being crossed in - that doesn't make mourinho a bad manager.

True, but I think you don't quite realise just how much Inter fans were traumatised by that experience. There was the whole debate in the Italian parliament after the game as well. They're still bitter about it. In fact, I personally know two Italian Inter fans who couldn't care less if Inter cheated their way to victory. They never got over Iuliano .

You must have missed Inter-Torino when Bergonzi failed to award Inter a stonewall penalty for a crystal clear handball on Abate. Oh wait, it doesn't count because it's not a pro-Inter mistake..

And I know we will lose to Man U, but don't act as if Juve own English clubs... Pool and Arsenal knocked you out 2 years in a row during the Capello times. Hopefully Chelsea complete the treble.

Dont get me wrong i agree completely, it pisses me off that the refs always seem to lean towards them whenever a debatable call comes up, but i dont think theres anything sinister there, at least i hope there isn't.

The same stuff happens in England, Man U always get the benefit of the doubt with penalty calls offsides etc. but thats just pressure getting to refs. Also in boxing, the judges will more often than not give a 50:50 round to the world champion over the challengers, its just the mentality of officials

I agree Red... it's just REALLY unfortunate that these decisions have also come against Milan and Roma, in matches that often define the championship...

I don't know why anyone would think otherwise TBH. All papers seem to agree that it was a correct call.

Last season was ridiculous the number of decisions that went their way.

This season, it hasn't been as bad and a lot of the 'mistakes' have been difficult decisions.

The refs are still favouring them, but not so much.
