2003/04 season? Don't remember the games very well but that Man Utd squad wasn't even near to Man Utd of today. If I remember correctly, Arsenal was much superior to Man Utd that season (whole season unbeaten) and even Chelsea (managed by our very own Ranieri) finished in front of them in EPL.

Maybe but my point is that no matter how good Mourinho is at standing up to Ferguson the difference in strength between the 2 clubs is too much for Mourinho to make it up with his managerial skills.
