Today was a point gained for Juve, not two points dropped.

With all the injuries, a draw at Lazio is a decent result.
agreed, in fact i said that before the game but i am dreading going and reading some of the match reports

To be honest, Mancini and Quaresma doesnt sound like typical Mourinho signings..
they are absolutely stereotypical signings for Jose, they compliment his preferred style of play
what do you mean? they were at his specific request
On the contraray, they were typical Mourinho signings in the sense that they were bought so he could play his 4-3-3.
 aiight you guys got it

i understand your point, its the quality i am refering to. I mean Roma fans can tell you all about Mancinis consistency. And Quaresma, he hasnt really produced it in big sides, or has he?

With the money, inter has, maybe could have got better ones.

And from what i have heard, inter fans aint really found of neither.
lets be honest tons of folk from outside of Italian football were very interested in mancini as they didn't see how inconsistent he is and almost half of this forum were desperate for us to sign Quaresma

on paper they were good signings for Inter, luckily for us it has not turned out that way

Don't worry about Ribery. Milan won't sign him simply because Bayern won't sell.
Milan will have to re-invest at least 90% of the money they'll get for Kaka in order to make Bayern at least think about the offer. And Milan will not do that.

Good.

So today we should know more details about Kaka's deal?

I wonder how much will it be in the end.
My guess is, around 70 or 80m.
They said that the offer is closer to 50m than to 112 milion, so something between 70 and 80 makes sense.

And again about Ribery. The news come from some French newspaper (not even a sports newspaper) and they say the offer will be 35m+Oddo.
Burke and the Germans here can confirm that Bayern NEVER sell their best players. They even lost Ballack on free transfer because they didn't want to sell him.
The only way i see them selling Ribery is if some teams offer ridiculous money, and even that will be a precedent because, as i said, Bayern never sell their best players.
Bayern bought him for 25m when he was 24 and still unproven at top level. Now when he's in his prime, actually he can still become much better, because he's only 25, when he proved himself in a bigger league, do you see any logic in selling him for only 10m profit+ a 32 years old Oddo?
Nothing under 50-60m eur will tempt Bayern into selling him.

5 days ago I said transfer could go up to 55mln because as they said first 150 and later 112 was simply too much.70 sounds more reasonable though.

His wages will be huge though.

Yeah I guess that makes sense and there's no way Milan is going offer that much.I always wanted to see him here.

Who do you think they are going to buy with that cash? For attack I think Adebayor since I don't think they'll go after Benzema right now.For middle media mentioned Essien but I somehow doubt it can happen and I'd hate to see that move.Clichy is not that good this season and I don't know if they really want him.

And what makes you think they'll re-invest that cash in new players? ;)
Part of it, yes, but i'm pretty sure that big part of these money will be used somewhere else, just like they did with the money they got for Shevchenko.

If you didn't notice, Berlusconi isn't investing in Milan anymore lately.
Galliani said it himself: "The club have debts and a good club should know how to settle them on their own, without running to their owners."

Milan are paying huge money for wages, they lost quite a lot for not playing in CL and they are forced to sell their best players. It's been going on for the last 3-4 years, when Berlusconi stopped financing the club the way he did in the past. After that they sold Sheva and now they have to sell Kaka. In the past it was impossible to even imagine Milan selling it's best players.
And especially with the current world crisis, when Berlusconi most probably lost a lot of money, it's hard to expect from him to invest in the team.
Milan have to do on their own now, and in order to do that they must sell Kaka, and use big part of the money to cover some financial holes.

Yeah I know they are in crisis but I still think they are going to buy someone.I think they will spend 50% (otherwise fans will kill them probably) of it on someone and the rest will go to cover some part od debts/wages.Media exaggerate like always since they mentioned like 5 top players who are supposed to come. But they lost a lot with Kaka leaving them.If they don't buy anyone in January who knows if they will reach Champions League. And even if they do buy someone, player might need some time to settle.
