Milan supporters in the Curva Sud have announced a charm offensive to “spark Kaka's feelings” during tonight's game with Fiorentina.

The fans are in uproar after the club all but accepted a £108m offer from Manchester City, reportedly pushing the player into accepting the January move.

A group of tifosi staged a protest under the club headquarters both last night and this afternoon, but the real front line of the charm offensive will be at San Siro.

The stadium will be packed for the big match with Fiorentina and banners are expected to call on Kaka to remain.

“We want to spark Kaka's feelings and get him emotional,” explained one member of the Curva Sud group.

They will also aim insults at general manager Adriano Galliani and patron Silvio Berlusconi as well as former Milan striker Alberto Gilardino, who will be lining up for the Viola.
