They dont depend on Muntari (except a goal here or there), but you are right about the other two.

Muntari was the worst player by far tonight. And has been inconsistent before too, even if he adds grit and well needed box to box approach, the rest of their DMs are just too defensive, and doesnt support the attack.
Muntari got injured early. Maybe Muntari is not essential as the others but he has scored decisive goals.

I bet Moratti will spend the whole night making phone calls. Expect a pro-Siena refereeing tomorrow...
We can't think like that.

Just have to concentrate on putting in a solid performance.

I watched the last 30 minutes of the Inter game, and man Cagilari could have and should have won, they were more dangerous than Inter by a country mile. Acquafresca(spelling?) is rather good, did you guys see when he dribbled about 3 Inter defenders and almost got a one on one with the keeper:p never thought he had that in him.

One question though, was the whole game this way or were Inter better in the first half?

Inter was better in the first half, and they were better in the first 20 minutes or so in the second half too (Cagliari really only got going the last 20 minutes). But the game was a HUGE bore before that last 20 minutes.

Did anyone catch Aquafrescas reaction to missing that open goal at 1-1? I mean, not celebrating after the goal is totally ok, but appearing as if he didn't know if he was allowed to look dissappointed after missing that sitter was pretty disgusting. I'm positive he missed it on purpose.

You havent seen this dude in azzurrini, and is inclined to invent a consipracy, but believe when I say he can go hot and cold within a minute.

I seen Giovinco serve him up easily in azzurini, and he hits home one like a deadly predator, but then misses 5 clear chances in a quite frustrating way. The Adebayor syndrom.

Not only for the u21 team. He's also missing sitters for Cagliari way too often.

Yeah, but mentionned the U21 team because its where I have seen him regurarly (scores respectable numbers, but quite frustrating still). I doubt people bother to see Cagliari much besides when we play them. He has potential (possible future bomber), and I think he would be quite good for Inter if they recall him now this January, rest of their strikers either suck (Crespo, Cruz), or are absolute headcases (Adriano, Balotelli). So he would come in handy for them.

But yeah, he defenitely has an inclination to miss sitters, even if he is becoming a decent and consistent goalscorer (6 goals so far).

Muntari is a little punk.
and he's an extremely ugly human being

Berlusconi: Unleash Beckham!
Sunday 11 January, 2009
Milan President Silvio Berlusconi has urged his Coach to field David Beckham from the start against Roma.

Carlo Ancelotti announced in yesterday's Press conference that it would be “very difficult” to place the new arrival in the starting XI.

However, and certainly not for the first time, patron Berlusconi very publicly disagrees with his tactician.

“If I were Ancelotti, I would make him debut in a stadium like the Olimpico on such a wonderful occasion,” he told Sky Italia.

-----------------------

This is one of the things that is hurting Milan. Ancelotti is just a puppet and Berlusconi interferes too much in things he doesn't understand. In the past he forced Ancelotti to change the 4-3-2-1 to 4-3-1-2, he forced him to play with the three golden ball winners in the team at the start of this season (which resulted with 2 straight defeats) and now he indirectly orders him to play Beckham.
Wanted or not, Ancelotti will have to obey and play an unfit and out of form Beckham, probably instead of a DMC, which will easilly cost Milan points against Roma.
