totally correct
I have a question, did we ever play two games this season with the exact same starting line-up?
i guess the only way we would have won a decent amount of points would have been, when every player was on form and noone injuried. that is the situation where even the mistakes ranieri does would not weigh so heavy and we possibly would sit somewhere in the top 3 in the league.
so in an ideal enviroment it would be ok.
i guess having 5 injuried players that are at least good enough to sit on the bench would take a good coach to compensate.
with the amount of injuries we have, i do not see many coaches that would be able to compensate for that with great tactics ... even mourinho would not make a good defender out of knezevic.
so right now, what's happening is what would happen to pretty much every club with these amounts of injuries.
I have another question, were we infected with injuries as much as we are suffering right now?
there should be someone who analyses this ...
the training should be observed and the medical team, too ...
the players are observed and checked for blood values and so on
i think the medical team should advise ranieri if players are too tired to do
certain training programmes.
they are paid as a full job, so they should not only act when someone is injured,
but also before to prevent so many injuries.
further i am a bit angry with some players ... (yes del piero is also a certain candidate for misbehaviour sometimes)
even if they don't like the coach (if that was the case) they have to give their all
to win and that is obviously not the case. we cannot do anything if a player is just not good enough, but when i see del piero just walking slowly back, when he lost the ball instead of helping the team out in midfield to close down the passing opportunities i could vomit.
yes he is one of the older players and cannot run for 90 minutes, but if he can't than he should run as long as he can and then let a substitute like giovinco take his place. when he just gives 80% all the time to save energy and play 90 minutes, we will never see giovinco have enough chance ... a further point was, if the players run for 70 minutes the opponent will also be tired and giovinco will have it easier to play against them
even in times when we had not so many injuries that was the case ...
my opinion is, the players should run their socks off and if they are tired at 70 or 80 minutes, then they can get substituted ... but just running when we are in possession to do tricks and saving the energy for later is really a bad attitude imho.
