Were there changes in the CL rules for next year?

I'm seriously asking this. I know that they planned some changes but i don't know if they changed the rules yet. 3rd team from ESP, ENG and ITA playing directly in CL groups was one of the proposals.
If they didn't change the rules then the 3rd place won't guarantee CL groups football. The 3rd team will have to play in the qualifiers.

If they did change the rule, that's retarded then. Italian teams are not as strong as before, and it's unfair to qualify the Italians directly. They are just killing other nations' teams this way. Even with this changes, I want a draw, 3rd spot won't be easy neither, the other teams are just a few points away from us, and if we keep on losing points, they will catch us in few weeks..
