Well of course it's not good if milan wins. But today, if i had to choose one of fiorentina and milan to win, i'd have picked milan. Yeah, i understood what you wanted to say but i still disagree.
If i had to chose only one of them to win i'd have chosen Fiorentina.
Remember that there is no difference between 3rd and 4th place and what's important for us is the difference between us and the 5th placed team to be as higher possible.
If Milan didn't win and we win tonight the difference between us and the 5th placed team would have been 7 points. This way, it will be 5 points, only if we win. If we don't then the difference between us and 5th place will be 2 or 3 points while it would have been 4 or 5 if Empoli-Milan ended 1:1.

No, i changed my mind.
It was a great decission. Replacing your main creative player 35 minutes before the end, when you're owning Milan, was a good choice. And replacing him with a defensive midfielder in order to keep the draw and let your opponents (who were clueless until 55th minute) have the posession.... that was a great decission.
And of course, getting a red card 10 seconds after your team scored the equaliser was another great move by mr.Malesani.

Yes . I think Piccolo has a slightly better chance than Volpato . He may be a sub for one or two seasons . Volpato have very limited abilities , I doubt we'll see him in a Juve shirt at all .

what about paolucci?

Paolucci is a talented player . At one point he was believed to be the next Del piero . He has had moments of class with the teams he's been with . He's a more skillful version of Gila . I'd like to see him get his chance at Juve , afterall , he was in the Juve youth team .

He has the bad luck two Italian NT players to play in Udinese's attack (Quagliarella and Di Natale) while for the 3rd place in attack he has the Ghanian NT players Asamoah , an in-form Pepe and a very solid Floro Flores as his rivals.
He got few matches in Coppa but he didn't take his chances, unlike Pepe and Floro Flores who played some great Coppa matches.

I agree with Alen. They handed the game to Milan with that sub. Not to mention Empoli's finishing was poor. They should have been leading at HT. The loss was tough, but they didn't do themselves any favours.

As for Inter, how many pk's have they received this season, both for and against, compared to the rest of serie a?
Also, off the top of my head: Parma, Siena, Empoli, Catania, Reggina were all games where they scored from debatable calls. I know I'm missing a few though...

True, i love watching Udine play, Di Natale and D'Agostino in particular are enjoyable players to watch.

Udinese play some delightful football indeed. That Swiss guy in their lineup, their central midfielder is doing brilliant this season, I think his name is Gokhan Inler.

A footballing priest has been sent off in a church tournament for throwing his shirt at the referee, Italian media reported on Sunday.

The incident, reminiscent of Antonio Cassano's red card for Sampdoria last weekend, happened in the Clericus Cup with the actions of the Burkina Faso priest leading to Paul the Apostle's College being eliminated.

In a memorable day for Italian amateur football, the president of minor league club Doria has decided to pull his side out of the championship, the division below Serie C, because of anger at refereeing decisions.

"We are retiring the team," Franco De Rose told Italy's ANSA news service. "We are tired of having to submit to injustices every Sunday."
