Nice to see it's not David Beckham. :pumpkin:

It's better than a Juve combover.

Stop playing around with my English jerk.

:irritated

:D

Anyway, I dont see why she cant like players from other teams. I used to only like Juve players but that was when I was like 10! As you grow older, you realize that there is more than Juve, and appreciate good players in general. And I have to say she got good taste for quality players. At least, she isnt supporting David Beckam and Frank Lampard.:D

I am slightly shocked that I enter a Serie A thread with arguments going on but I will try and say something about the Inter match. The heat really got to the players as you could see in the last 15 minutes. There were good little link ups between Zlatan and Figo and they look good but their obvious weakness is the defense. It doesn't look like a world class one. They have depth to it but none really played good and Asamoah Gyan troubled Samuel so there might be some troubles there. They also seem to accept scoring one goal and laying back which could also come back to haunt them so we should take advantage.

Baldini handed bench ban Tuesday 28 August, 2007

Catania Coach Silvio Baldini has received a month ban from the Disciplinary Commission for his attack on Parma’s Domenico Di Carlo.

The fiery tactician caused chaotic scenes during the Elefanti’s 2-2 draw with Parma on the opening day as he was dragged away from his opposite number after kicking him in the backside.

The ex-Lecce man won’t be allowed to sit on the bench now until September 30 and has been fined around £10,000.

Inter goalkeeper Julio Cesar has been handed a single-match ban after his dismissal against Udinese for handling outside the area.

Torino defender Gianluca Comotto will also miss one game after picking up a red card against Lazio.

Reggina, Inter and Atalanta were cautioned and fined nominal sums after their fans threw objects onto the pitch in their Week 1 fixtures.

"It´s clear we are alongside Inter, Juventus and AC Milan candidates to win the Serie A. But the word Scudetto is a challenging one and we must be careful, it´s early days yet. We will obviously try to challenge any team for the title."

Noooooooooo!!! I just read Moratti wants to sack Mancini. Supposedly the two clashed because the latter wants to sell Adriano and Recoba, while Moratti wants to loan them for one season only. Source is from ControCampo.

Inzaghi: Roma Look Good, But It's Inter For Me

AC Milan striker Pippo Inzaghi may have a brother playing for the blue half of Rome, but he's tipped city rivals Roma for a title challenge. Nonetheless, he still sees his own derby enemy - Internazionale - as favourites for the title...

AC Milan striker Pippo Inzaghi has tipped Inter to defend their crown - although he feels that Milan and Roma in particular can push them all the way.

"I see Inter as big favourites, but I think we can make life difficult for them, as can Roma and Juventus.

"Juve have the advantage of not playing in Europe so they will be better prepared," he said.

But he saved special praise for Roma - a club that he knows well from his time spent in the Eternal City.

His brother Simone plies his trade for Lazio, but Pippo was more impressed with the giallorossi.

"When I was in Rome I saw great support for the side and a particular pride in the team," he said of AS Roma.

"Looking in from outside I can see such closeness between the players, the Coach and the club. It will be good to take them on."

Inzaghi, capped 56 times for Italy, has won the Scudetto three times, twice with Juve and once with Milan.

If Mancini gets fired it is very possible. Afterall he's the only coach who can make Inter win in a tough league and make them challenge seriously for the CL.
