It's a club from Kumanovo (close to Serbian border) owned by an Albanian-Macedonian who has connections with Berlusconi. It's being said that he was doing the dirty work for Berlu in the past.
That's why he called the team Milano.
They played 2nd league only 1 year ago and they immediately won UEFA Cup spot this year.
