Inter ace Adriano could again be in hot water with his side after an alleged altercation in a Milanese nightclub.
According to the Gazzetta dello Sport website, the Brazilian clashed with an American basketball player in the city’s trendy Club Hollywood nightspot.
It has been reported that Adriano and Varese basketball ace Rolando Howell got into a verbal and then physical confrontation for reasons yet to be known.
The bust-up is understood to have started inside the nightclub and then it continued outside of the venue in the early hours of this morning.
Adriano turned up at Club Hollywood just hours after his two assists helped the Nerazzurri beat Ascoli 2-1 to increase their lead at the top of the standings to 18 points.
The international has subsequently remained in Milan today despite the fact that he was set to fly out to Marseille to take part in a charity match tomorrow night.
Inter are set to take a dim view of Adriano’s latest off the field misdemeanours after his recent problems.
Adriano was temporarily stripped of his first team place after partying too hard before a game to celebrate his birthday.
