This is disgusting Abed. What's the difference between these two parties then and how you expect people to sympathize with Hamas leaders and not to call them terrorists? All I can perceive here is that Hamas leaders can be just as cruel and insane as their Israeili counterparts and they would have committed the same crimes if they had been in the Zionists' places and if they'd had enough power. As much as I feel for your people and as much as I hate what Zionists are doing to them, I find it impossible (and sad) to mourn over one Hamas leader who had been in charge of the exact same crime.
I can understand that, Hoori. War is bad, and it includes some bad acts from the two parties. I can not deny that.

This should be a reality check for you, Reb. You're the one opening these thread, posting pictures of civilians getting injured and killed. All this because you feel outrage about the treatment of these people and you want to affect the rest of us to feel outraged too. But the only way that you can appeal to my sense of justice is by being just. In my conversations with many people on many topics, it seems to me that whenever someone tries to make noise about the mistreatment of someone, their goal is rarely justice. One of those examples was the "should Israel have the right to exist" poll, where most of those people who say the Palestinians are being oppressed voted in favor of doing the same thing to the Israelis.

That is because Israelis don't want to share this land with Palestinians, so there is only one choice. Either this land is for Israelis or for Palestinians. That is why those who call for liberating Palestine voted for demolishing Israel.

We are talking about demolishing Israel as racist country. We do not say that all Israelis should be annihilated, but they can live in a just country along with Palestinians NOT led by Zionists.

But that's not what the poll said. The poll said do they have a right to a country. And lots and lots of people who claim to want justice said "no they don't".

I can not analyze what everybody thought when he voted on that poll. By the way, it was not me who made that poll.

But we had jews inside Palestine before Israel was established. Those jews still live without any problem between Palestinians in one of the cities of the West Bank.

In the end, if jews live without oppressing and harming others, nobody will hurt them.

This is not the point. It does not concern the right to live in someone's country, it concerns the right to have a country.

Why do they have to have their country in Palestine?

Most of them are European jews anyway, so give them a country somewhere over there since all of you are so sympathetic and feel so much guilt towards them.

Why should anyone? Why shouldn't we empty that area right now and noone gets it? Isn't that what you do with little children who are fighting over something they both want?

But they don't want a country here, they want a country in the Middle East.

The Palestinians have been living there for centuries. What right do the Israeli's who are people of various nationalities stretching from Russia to the US, why should they be able to just come and force Palestinians out of their homes?

But they don't want a country here, they want a country in the Middle East.
Ya well me and my family want a country in Holland. When should we come to claim it?
