You could do Bush, but not the military.
Did you hear about the four guys in like Ohio who grabbed Karl Rove at a baseball game? They got arrested, all they wanted was to "bring him to justice".

Well, no. I read the beginning and I could see where it was going. It's like a comedian who has one line that he thinks is really strong, so he keeps writing little stories that are all analogies so that he can finish each one with his punchline: disease of the mind.

You get hung up on the catch phrase "a disease of the mind" which is merely a theme he choose to write with (and describe the phsycological warfare that Israel does), when whats noteworthy with that article, is that it perfectly retells the horrible crimes committed against Palestinians in the last 60 years.

Its not just "little stories", if you read it all, but a very good way to summarise the inhuman atrocities (physically as well as mentally) they have had to withstand while being branded the villains, and their aggressors potraying themselves as the victims, all this time.

A nicely written way to remind of crimes people tend to totally ignore and file under as "the usual middle-estern little squabbles...".

I mean, not just the last 60 years of war crimes, but this past months big massacre, I mean the countless war crimes in that alone, will be mostly TOTALLY ignored as usual, the UN will make a some fuss, there will be outrage, but basically NOTHING will be done against it. Thats the last thing fresh on our minds, imagine the 60 years of similar crap people hardly give much attention to.

Good, thats the least one can do, instead of come with "oh...duh".

Btw Andy, offtopic, but that theme of that article reminded me of this. Saw a little documentary program called american life, and there was a segment called talk with an iraqi, about an iraqi guy who lives in NY, made little stand somewhere in the city where strangers can chat with him about the war etc. Nice and polite guy. He got alot of the typical totally retarded propoganda (astounding people are such cheeps) of we are there to save american lifes, protect our freedom (they went totally blank when asked how did iraqi's threaten americans, one said 9/11...), someone said I dont care how many 100k iraqi's die aslong as we are safe etc. All grown ups.

And then he talks to a little 11 year old girl. Do you know what the first thing she said? "Hi, I have waited 3 years to meet an iraqi so I can humbly apologise for all the horrible things my country did to your people". I was astonished, so was the iraqi guy, totally speechless :D

Good girl. Just goes to show there are a few here who know what's going on and aren't fooled by propaganda. An 11 year-old doing that is very astounding though, must have parents who aren't blinded either.

Her father is over in Iraq, so probably due to that, she and her family are more in touch and understanding of that conflict then your average joe.

The Iraqi guy, having talked to alot of americans to gauge awareness so to speak (oh man the bullshit he got as replies...), said of all those he talked to, those americans who have family over there in the military, have been the most understanding and realistically grounded when it comes to Iraq. Because they in their own way, can sympathize with what Iraqi's go through, since they are a part of it too (worrying about their families etc).

Bit funny, little girl is savvy, when the dude asked "oh really, where in Iraq is he stationed" when she said he is over there, she immediately said "I'm not comfortable with divulging that" :D

Juhor Al-Deek, the name of a village which was wiped off the map just like what happened in 1948 when more than 500 villages were wiped off the map.

I was shocked with one of the facts in this report: Palestinians who control the tunnels brought a crocodile through one of the tunnels to give it to Rafah Zoo last year:lol:

The people of Gaza were always considered as tough people in Palestine, and they had always made some abnormal behaviors but bringing a crocodile through the tunnel was still a shocker for me.

And by the way, don't care that much for the English grammar of the lady in the report.

Aljazeera just said that a group of 26 doctors from South Africa were trying to enter Gaza from Egypt today. 25 were allowed to get there, but the 26th was arrested by the Egyptian police. How lovely.

Hard to say anything when there is no information, but surely they would have arrested more if they were trying to stop help getting to Gaza?

The fact that only one was arrested suggests that there may have been a reason for the arrest. Or maybe that's just what they want folk to believe...

The biggiest BS move I heard, is that Egypt security forces are interrogating the palestinian injured civilians who were transeferred to Egyptian hospitals.

Interrogating people in their sickbed, about where Hamas weapon caches are blabla,is fucking rich, when their world has litterally been crumbling around them. The world already knows the Egyptian govt are US lackeys, but thats bit much still.

They can't arrest more, mate. It will make a bigger scandal for them inside Egypt. They are trying to put obstacles in front of anybody who tries to offer something to Gaza just to scare other people who think of doing that in the future.

I saw on TV some injured people who came back from Egypt, and they were totally shocked with the very bad treatment there. The Egyptian police was threatening them to hit them on their injured organs or throw them to dogs if they don't tell them where Hamas hides its main leaders.

Fucking animals. Not suprising, but fucking animals still.

The funny thing is, its obviously dictatorship (even if the west led by US, have the nerve to call a democratic country run by a president...), so you cant really hold your average egyptian, who is totally sympathetic to Palestine usually, responsible for what those crooks of a govt do.

As I said it before, Mubarak is on overdrive being US's most anxious lapdog, because he needs their continued support even more to mkae his son his successor.
