The reason Poland would be second, I'd say for historic reasons as many Jews actually were Polish and German, and had no ties to the "Homeland" in the Middle East.

The US uses terrorist tactics, so does Hamas. So does Israel. In fact so do most of the militaries in the world. Both Hamas and Israel are "terrorist organizations", whatever that means.

Terrorist is one of those terms that is improperly used all the time. And by people who really don't know what they're talking about or as an insult. Kind of like Zionist, Hitler, liberal, socialist, etc.
