as far as i know even russia isn't claiming those lands because even they know that they have zero legal claims on those territories. only russia and a few close allies (puppets like belarus and communists like north korea) support their illegal invasion

They did officially annex the territories they just don't know where the boarders will be, they'll become part of Russia during Trump presidency. So what then? What entity does have authority to tell them otherwise? US? Germany? Trump/US gave Golan Heights to Israel, so why can't they take part Ukraine?
