Sorry, Libya is the only humanitarian disaster occurring at the moment. Tune in at a later date when there's nothing else going on. Thank you.
It's terrible how this works.

Our thoughts are with the Palestinian people, what we've lived in the past 51 days, they've lived for half a century.

The village called Awarta near Nablus has been suffering since more than 1 month now as Zionist army attacked it again this morning and arrested many of its people. Since 1 month, more than 2000 people were arrested from this village to take DNA samples from them. The Zionists say they are investigating the crime made before more than a month in a neighbour Zionist settlement where 5 of the same family (One of them is an infant) were slaughtered by anonymous person. Everybody that visited Palestine know that it is impossible that a Palestinian can enter West Bank settlements.

People inside the settlement say that they suspect a Thai employee who is working inside the settlement to make the crime as he was not paid his wages by the parent of the family, but Israel does not want to accept that, and want to punish Palestinians for that even if they have nothing to do with it.

Now, the people of Awarta did not go to work or school for more than a month just because Zionists accuse them of a crime they can't even do.

i never thought of it this way to be honest fred, i agree with u, u really dont understand or get the clear picture until u r put in a similar position not that anything we faced here comes close to what Palestinians ( specially gaza) face for the past half century but the fact u dont know what tomorrow looks like in it self is pretty wrecking on any human, so imagine that plus lack of freedom of movement, destroying houses, no water, no food, no medicine, and on top of all this people loose there life by a non discriminatory war machine.

Last I've heard their police did declare that it was the Thai worker who did it and they're doing this for their own "Palestinian DNA database".

i think this should be the last of the siege bit bec its one of the demands here, personally if they dont want it to be two ways i hope they at least make it one way from egypt to gaza that would make things a bit easier in making humanitarian aids reach the people inside. i can to an extent understand why its not lifted now but i have no doubt its going to be removed or in other words it wont be like before.

I hope so, Ahmed, but to be honest, I feel it won't be much better than Mubarak's reign.

hopefully it will be different bro, bec now the peoples opinion makes a huge difference. yes now we r all occupied with domestic issues but rest assured people have this file in particular in high priority as evident by the march at isreali embassy for several consecutive days so here is hoping the message that gaza is of great importance to us on all levels has been received by any candidate who aims to running for presidency come septmeber.

Body of kidnapped Italian peace activist Vittorio Arrigoni found in Gaza

An Italian pro-Palestinian activist has reportedly been kidnapped and killed by Islamic militants in Gaza.

The body of Vittorio Arrigoni was found in an abandoned house in the Gaza Strip on Friday following his abduction by militants, a Hamas official said.

Two men were arrested and others were being sought in the killing, the official added.

A Jihadist Salafi group in the Gaza Strip aligned with al-Qaida had threatened to execute Arrigoni by 5pm local time on Thursday unless their leader, whom Hamas arrested last month, was freed.

"A security force entered a house and they found the Italian's man body, he is dead," the source told Reuters from the scene.

Arrigoni, a pacifist and blogger, had lived in the Gaza Strip for some time.

In a YouTube clip posted by his abductors, he was shown blindfolded with blood around his right eye and a hand can be seen pulling his head up by his hair to face the camera.

The accompanying Arabic text said: "The Italian hostage entered our land only to spread corruption." It described Italy as "the infidel state".

The body was found dressed in black clothes as he appeared in the video clip, a witness said. No blood was seen, which suggested he may have been strangled or hanged.

Arrigoni was the first foreign national to be abducted in the Gaza Strip since BBC journalist Alan Johnston, who was held for 114 days by an al Qaida-inspired clan group named the Army of Islam. He was released in 2007.

Arrigoni arrived in the Gaza Strip on a boat bringing humanitarian supplies in 2008 that Israel, which enforces a blockade on the tiny coastal territory, allowed into Gaza port.

I hope the criminals will be hanged very soon...

Fuck sake. This is what we do to sympathizers and ones who put their lives, careers and even the sight of their families for a cause that aint theirs.

May he R.I.P, what an honorable man he was in a time of cowards. As for his kidnappers, don't get me started on those bunch of retarded fucks who are nothing but a mindless scum.
