I think smoking should be banned generally, whether men or women. I don't think its right to ban one gender alone though. In a way, that can actually be construed as sexist against men :D

F-35 Deal
The US is close to reaching a deal on the sale of the F-35 fighter jet to Israel as part of Washington's policy to arm Tel Aviv with cutting-edge weapons. Lockheed Martin Corp says it plans to sell 19 of the warplanes, worth about 3 billion dollars, to Tel Aviv. The deal would be the first sale of the new fighter to a country that is not part of the group of nine countries that developed it. The deal has been in negotiations since 2008. The Pentagon initially approved the sale of 25 fighter jets to Israel, with an option for 50 more in coming years. The US is also helping Israel make a short-range missile system called the "Iron Dome." Israel plans to integrate the system into its military.

God bless America :howler:
Sick fighter. But that's like buying a Maserati when only an Audi sedan would suffice when bombing women and children in Gaza.

I'm sure the F-35 is great at dodging rocks thrown by children though.

I think "peace be upon him" is offensive.

Imagine if you were with a group of people and some guy came in and went up to some of the people and said "I will not hurt you". Would that make you nervous? Why on earth would he have to give that assurance, and why give it selectively?

No, man, they = people who like to play the victim role.
Ah ok. It's always nice to see people not generalizing eventhough it's not the case when it comes to Muslims. People tend to see them all the same and it bothers me because I see myself a different Muslim than the others and there isn't much you can do to change public opinions view on this.

A t-shirt having Mohammad's naked picture too?

No, you don't have the right to wear whatever you want and no, this is not against the freedom.
Well apperantly many disagree with you here. I don't think it should be labelled under freedom of speech either but many considered drawing disrespecting pictures of the muslim prophet as freedom of speech while Burqa, that should be in fact a freedom to woman, is banned for no reason as I've said earlier but not being part of the European way of life. In fact just today Spain banned it.

If a French man wears a full-veil or a niqab, the law will be imposed to him too. It's not against having hijab, it's against wearing burqa in public places. Burqa is not a must in Islam at all so if Muslim women are those who are wearing burqa, they are not even practicing their religion.
Im not talking about religion here, whether Burqa was in fact an obligation for woman in Islam wouldn't change anything here or prevent it from being banned. I don't agree with it either but I still find it a blasphemy to ban the whole thing which is against freedom, and defend those Muhammed cartoons as freedom. Double standards that is.

This is just as dangerous for men. Hey, look at it this way: This means that they care more about women. It's sexism.
I never said they cared more about men, I explained why they made this step towards woman now as woman in general smoking in public caused many problems between husbands and wives along with brothers and sisters..etc. Hamas simply wanted to get rid of this headache. They're taking steps to ban smoking in general in public places but they will take it step by step as smoking is pretty popular there and banning it at once would cause a stir. They'll probably label heavy taxes on tobacco first then they'll ban the whole thing.

Ah ok. It's always nice to see people not generalizing eventhough it's not the case when it comes to Muslims. People tend to see them all the same and it bothers me.
Exactly.
