As far as I know, several truck drivers were arrested who, according to judicial officials, transported the drones. These poor people said that we did not know the contents of the cargo because the cargo was packed and we were only responsible for transporting it.
They also accused a number of Afghan citizens of espionage. The news is heavily censored, so I cannot judge. I personally think most of detained guys were not related to Isael directly
They were exploited and had no real role. It is highly likely that there is a high-level spy within the regime itself who knows the details of the top commanders, such as their location and strategies, and reports them to Israel.

However, the media we all know are biased, truth is they probably did give Israel a few blows, despite the being caught off guard.
