That means its a memory leak. Its taking up ram, but it isnt letting any go in return. I had that problem with a game of mine. Tried reinstalling, tinkering with options- nothing worked.

Try googling.

    I am not sure Josh,but I think there is no problem at the startup

    A memory leak is a leak in the code, reinstalling doesn't change that. The only way to fix a memory leak is to kill the program.
