So I just got my new iphone 5s in the mail last tues and for the past week I have been absolutely loving my new phone. The iphone is the shit. Its so fast compared to my old Mytouch 4G with T-mobile. Unfortunetly, T-mobile's coverage sucks monkey dick but that still doesn't deter me from loving my phone. IOS 7 is the shit too

Although I had many doubts over iOS7 when it was just announced and the video popped up but I have to say that it has been a great improvement.

I hate going through the music albums with iOS7, and double clicking the button doesn't enable you to play music anymore. Pain in the ass.

And I don't like the overall white frames they've got, specially the calender.

There's no iOS thread so I'm posting here instead. How much would it cost to get some freelancer to make an iPad app? It performs some calculations to get an optimal number. The calculations are pretty simple, multiplying, dividing, adding, etc. We are currently running the algorithm on Excel but are trying to make an app for it. There's like 6 variables you have to input and one of the variables is patients, which can be up to 150.

thanks :)

I might try to see if I can crack the code myself. from your reply it looks like it's not too hard.
Given that you can program in Excel you understand how the formulas work, so the core logic will be no problem. What's going to take a while is figure out how to set up the development environment and how to get your code running on the device. Then it's just up to you how much effort you want to put into making it look flashy.

Yesterday I upgraded to a new phone (5s/iOS7), and there's some seriously retarded stuff going on.

Synching Google calendar, for example, required hacks that even Google couldn't tell me about.
