Hey. I was wondering if its possible to detect IP addresses that made certain hotmail accounts or websites. (ie www.freewebs.com)

And how do you 'ping' a website?

No it's not, not for you anyway. Most websites keeps logs of their visitors and so I can look up your ip address since you connected to juventuz.com but there's no way for you to look up someone else's IP unless you have a website that they visit.
