Ramos is so bad at defending, that at Euro 2012, with him in the heart of the Defense, Spain allowed 1 goal against in 6 games.

Last year's Champion's League run as their most important defender. Knockout stages. Real Madrid. 5 goals against in 7 games. But he's a bad defender.

But people like DP84, Zach, and B81 would have you think somehow society lost all the information on how to defend in the last decade or so.

You have absolutely no idea what you're talking about. Real fans adore him. He's been their best defender in the last years. You can't really be that biased to not see that he has been an important figure for Real last year when they went to win the CL and even in the league.

Ramos also offers so much more in every other aspect of the game than our defenders.
