how good is this belgium team? coz they sucked today against a germany team thats resting a lot of its key players
There is potential, but also they are still young and many players haven't been playing in the big leagues for long yet (Lukaku, Witsel, Defour)
And we have a problem that we don't have good backs, LB and RB are our biggest issues togheter with a striker that scores easily since Lukaku isn't playing for Chelsea yet.

Let's say that I will judge this generation after the WC2014 qualification matches

The dumbass made all 3 changes until like 50th minute. Then one of his players got a bad injury and they had to play the last 30 minutes with a player less. Greece wasn't dangerous until that moment. That injury gave them wings.

Looks like 4 ex-Yu will be in the play offs. Some are bound to play each other.

Give me Montenegro then, not because of the quality of the sides, but because there would be least problems with them. Serbia-Croatia would be a killer :D

Still, its not over yet, we can be first and Serbia isnt through yet :D

Havenaar? Whats the story about him? I see his parents are dutch and he was raised up in Japan? Cool..
Yeah he's been around the fringes of the national team for some years, it's quite normal for Japanese players to debut at around 23/24 and of course, being 6'4", he's a different kind of weapon that Japan don't have elsewhere. Well there was Sota Hirayama, but he didn't turn out so good. Havenaar is big and scores goals, I think he'll be one answer to the infrequent Japan scoring problem. God bless the Dutch giants.
