well, that is something good.. not losing all this long.. and in some cases, coming back from a loss with a high spirit and a s tunning final minutes comeback.. at least that deserves something.. at leat some recognition or respect...!!
They went unbeaten for 58 games, a period stretching over 3 seasons (from the final days of 90/91 well into the 92/93 season). Fate willed that the streak started after a defeat at the hands of Parma and was put to an end again by Parma, when they came winning in San Siro with a superb goal from Asprilla from outside the box. In 1978/79, Perugia also managed to remain unbeaten for the whole tournament but finished second after the last Milan of Rivera.
