New season, major changes behind the scenes, yet same repetitive injuries issues coming out from this early on…
The same pattern keeps reemerging.

Can’t even blame it on our current crop of injury prone cripples because aside from Weah and maybe Danilo most of the other ones being affected are new additions made this summer.

Heck check Real Madrid, they have high profile long term injuries in Alaba, Camavinga and Bellingham. And last season their whole backline was out injured for big portions, Bellingham and Vinny for months etc. I bet if we check their forum they not saying we cursed nonstop.
Our injuries so far early on, pretty much all of them are reported coming back from this international break, Adzic, Thuram and Weah.
Conceicao is injury that just happend and it's reported to be short injury with missing only one league game and one CL game. We have Nico G starting for that.
So it's not as doom and gloom as some of you make it sound like.
Tho I gather for half of you it's just banter.
But only injury I'm truly curious about is Danilo, he said to have had muscle or fitness issue and didn't train for a week and never gets subbed in. So how niggling is this vaguely reported issue. Or is it entirely technical decision to leave him out 3 games?

That without other fatigued or having taken a knock cases such as Danilo’s.

Don’t think it’s a curse, just a multitude of factors starting from purchasing players with an extensive injury history as well as working players too hard, way too many intense training methods, or in some cases even the players themselves not always following the club’s rules and recommendations therefore not looking out for themselves as well as they should.

Italian clubs in general train hard as heck and have very strict schedules and diets for players. It's extra everything over pre season so it will take a bit for players bodies to adjust to it, especially new signings. But they should see the reward of it in final half of the season.
