Does Man city and Real Madrid players also suffer from so many muscular injuries or Italian training methods outdated?

Don't know City, but Real Madrid are much worse off then ours, with longer absences too.

Real Madrid’s current injury list:

❌ Eder Militão
❌ Jude Bellingham
❌ Eduardo Camavinga
❌ Aurélien Tchouaméni
❌ Ferland Mendy
❌ Dani Ceballos
❌ Joan Martínez
❌ David Alaba

Their only healthy CB is Rudiger.

pintus :tuttosport:

seriously though, was it the shortest summer in football, after one of the busiest seasons? season ended in may, after a few weeks, many players went to play at the euros, and after like 2 weeks of holiday, they were mostly back to their clubs for the pre-season trainings, just to start the regular season well before september

and the season for many clubs will be the longest ever, with a very busy cl schedule and the club world cup

am i wrong to expect plenty of injuries this season

Yep exactly, do you know how it's even more insane it will get for next summer? League and CL season ends at beginning of June, 60 games season. Then 15 June to 13 July they supposed to play world cup for clubs. How? When are they resting?

Did you read what Bernardo just said?

⚠️ Bernardo Silva: “The schedule is completely crazy. We've just received the news that we only have one day off for the English League Cup game”.

"We’ll probably play every three days for months. It's been absolutely absurd”.

“In the Champions League, if you don't qualify for the round of 16 you still have to play two more games. It's true that the squads are bigger, but I'm not going to say that it's easy”.

“It hasn't been easy. I spend very little time with my family and friends. The amount of games we're subjected to is absolutely absurd”, said via Record.

Bernado could always quit if he hates it so much.

But he won't. He'll just complain and make his millions.

I could not care less about what a footballer has to say about the schedule like he's some sort of victim of the system. Spoiled little brats.

I think R.Madrid have available alternatives and back up to cover those spots without significant drop in quality.

Did you miss the part I wrote Rudiger is only healthy CB?

Tchouaméni as starting DM was also a backup CB, and he is out too. Militao, Alaba , Joan Martinez (long term injury on young player supposed to replace Nacho who left) and Mendy, that's alot of defenders out.

Fran Garcia, Carvajal as fullbacks and Rudiger only CB available.

Bellingham, Tchouaméni, Camavinga, Ceballos out too means only CMs available are Valverde and Modric. And neither are a DM like the French duo.

They have a good squad but that's alot of absences, and it's not worst case scenario since they were worse with injured last season.

These injuries are also going to hurt squad rotation too.

Yildiz, Vlahovic, Cambiaso etc have all played every game and needa rest but will sure play for their National sides too.

Hopefully the likes of Cabal, Thuram, Luiz, Weah, Aszic and the Count all find their fitness/form soon so we can rest a few legs.

Even more so, as @DAiDEViL pointed out in the player’s thread, we’ll need to be even more careful with Kalulu and not run him into the ground too, can’t afford to lose him for the foreseeable future so we better handle him with extreme care to keep him fit and available.

Yep we're gonna need some more of those surprise performances from the count and Savona and whoever else is to play.

Rest the most important players vs Cagliari. After the international break we have Lazio, Stuttgart and then Inter.

It's easier to call Bonucci

Although he's disgusting too.
Currently Gatti>Bonucci so I see no reason to call Bonucci.
Ramos - I have no idea how good he is nowadays but its not as if Gatti`s bar is that high..
Anyway since its a long layoff we should consider a long term replacement who could become Bremer`s partner or even replace him should he not recover well from that ACL.

Lol. I hate this scumbag. Can he be fit without getting injured every two weeks (he isnt young you know..)
We're featuring 3 competitions and the strength of squad has been declined because of unexpected injuries, I'd choose an experienced defender over pricey jaborani or mediocre young. We'll save money and avoid overpaying.
