i'm not gonna get too much into detail right now (tomorrow i will) but i can tell you somethings that you may or may not already know.

hinduism was the 1st major religion making it the oldest, now here is where the disparity lies: hinduism is not a "religion" it is a way of life, yes we have gods and practices and beliefs but none of that can be applied if you do not apply yourself. now i know many of you would relate your respective religons to my theory but i would have to kindly disagree. we dont have rules, restrictions, etc.. we do not have a book that summarizes our religon (the gita is not the equivalent purpose of the quran or bible), no manuscript which tells me what to do and what should be done. its kind of a personal view on my faith, i'm glad to answer any questions and here others experiences and views on their religion.

I am actually interested in it because it is a way of life rather than being a religion. People not informed about it still call it a religion where in fact it is not.

I would like to know more about symbolisms, the gods and their signicance and above all, where would one reach if the whole world abided by this way of life.

this sounds interesting, I would like to read more from you about this subject.

As for Me, in short, I don't practice any religion, I just don't like to belong to some group or take orders from books or God(s), but I have huge respect to Jesus, the way he lived the messages he gave..

Hinduism give high regards to Jesus, I hope I am not mistaken, but I think they do.

isn't Hinduism older than Christianity? or you mean their people in the "religion" do like that?

ya hinduism is the oldest major religion, and buddhism is a direct child of hinduism.

ur rite. we do have many demi-gods but 3 primary beings which equates to ultimately one supreme being.
