I would sooner argue that there are people who go to great lengths to play on humor as far as they can, while obviously lacking in other aspects, which to me is a far greater inadequacy than lacking a sense of humor.

1. Those who appreciate fun
2. Those who can create fun
3. Those who can do both
4. Those who can do neither

Those in the #4 bracket are really unlucky. I've known a couple.
