i found this pic on google images and cut it out!!

what's the cd/band/group called?
Yeah seriously. I saw it on a BBC documentary about Guantanamo Bay.. Its just one of those chillout CD's. Dont know the name. Not exactly a big release.

The image is a generic image however, im sure its been used before many times. Thats just one case. But still Id drop it because of that.

If the band is racist or supports those troops' actions, then I'll remove it. If they were just 'playing' that music while they did those things, then I don't see any problem.

Please explain more about the link betweeb the soldiers and the music. :)

"chillout CD?"

excuse my ignorance, but you don't mean they chilled out to that music while torchering the prisoners?

how were they torchering them?

Anyhow, from what it sounds, the musicians are not involved. therefore, I see no problem. :)

Thanks anyhow (though at first, i though you were pulling my leg).

They torchered the prisoners by repeating the CD over and over continuously while not giving them food and water or something.

Oooh. The no food nor water seems like torcher, but maybe not the music, unless it was so loud that they couldn't sleep for days.

No that was the purpose of the show. It was about using music as a torcher method. Aparantly it works well and will break anyone. Imagine listening to the same thing for weeks without it ever stoping. Without water it would just be worse.
