Belgium is right next to Holland and the food is way better:agree:
I've lived in Belgium for 6 months and I've been there several times. (namely Bruxelles) I do agree that the food is much better but the way of living is different, I still prefer the Dutch one and I prefer even more the Scandinavian especially the Swedish

I grew up there; have all my friends there; have all my childhood memories there. The people are nice ( in the summer :D ) There's a sense of balance in people when it comes to work and relaxation; distances are nothing compared to here. Simply stated: Sweden's the best place to live in the world.
Word. It is good you skipped coming here this summer though :D

i met some swedes on holiday and they were very nice, if they are all like that i'd love to live there
Swedes are generally very nice people.

Why do you people keep saying you've been to a country that doesn't exist? We aren't stupid!

i guess bush is doing something right afterall :toast:
The only thing he's doing right is allowing an increase of carbon dioxide emissions into the atmosphere. At this rate, we'll be shifting underlying ocean currents by 2076. Forza Climate Change.

CO2 concentration has been rising exponentially since 1750. Forza Carbon Dioxide Emissions. :star:

I want summer in Sweden on the 11th of August only, I don't care about the other days anymore.
If you will get that, perhaps the weather in Denmark will also be good. That would be nice.

However, the long nights are nice. I like the fact that the sun is shining 'till late in the evening.

Yea, I love it too. But think of the evenings in December and January where it is black at 3 in the afternoon.

Yeah. Its hard to get up in the morning when it is dark 'till 10 Am or something like that. That's why you have to enjoy the summers :D

Don't be mad Barca play prettier football than Juve.

Afterall, it can't be worse than playing girl's field hockey in a Superman shirt.
whats wrong with field hockey? its more of a mans game than football to be honest, since you dont get divers and p*ssies moaning about a hair being out of place

The only thing that sucks this summer is to look out the window and make a plan immediately when the sun starts to come out.

I think so too, Sweden is one of the best countries to live in. Funny thing I was reading an article just yesterday and they were mentioning how Sweden is looked at in the MIddle East and Asia. It is Sweden's fault that the people there don't know much about the country or maybe have a distorted view about it, but I have been here for more than three years and I am planning to stay even more than that and I say it is one of the very few countries that I can find myself living in. (Other countries are Norway, Denmark and Holland)

I'll add it to the countries list I would love to see in my next life then :D

Yea, but you play goalie......

And try American Football, Ice Hockey, Lacrosse, or Rugby.

Here field hockey is only offered as a women's sport.
no i play everywhere except central midfield, and started off as a winger/ striker but certainly in defence and full back its physically demanding especially as theres no offside rule. and ive tried rugby played it for nearly 5 years, tbh not my cup of tea, but not denying that is not a mans sport.

:lol2: Yeah, it's more of a man's game when 99% of the people who play it in the US are GIRLS!
yes and it so happens the US isnt even much of a field hockey nation, certainly not compared to the likes of pakistan, holland and england, but what im saying is that in hockey you dont get the diving, and the players being on the floor for 20 mins over a minor scratch like you do in football, its quite a physically challenging game especially for a defender who cant rely on the offside rule like footballers do since there is no offside, so they have to keep up with their markers at all time, even for a gk they are allowed to go sliding into a player and break his leg and there wouldnt even be a booking, hockey is a sport which ive been brought up to play on even with a broken foot, in my experience a fractured toe, unlike in football in which the player walks off crying and is out for the next 5 months earning 100k a week. the only thing similar to football is how tactical it is
