5. No Champions Lague.
6. The top-class players who stayed with us want to leave at the end of season.

8. Reputation decrease.
9. Being humiliated by other teams´ fans.

A coach of a world class serie A team, in serie B, has both advantages (you are the happy coach of the best material around) and disadvantages (pressure,your work will never really appreciated, much harder to keep the players motivated/concentrated)
I think it's about keeping Camoranesi, Trezeguet and Buffon for next season. And building from players like Paro and Palladino, who also have Serie A experience. He wants to add to the squad, but not with too many or any French. He wants to keep it Italian.
