Revolution is needed. Not just the coach. Trust me that a simple coach change without making changes in the team won't do nothing at all.

First of all, not only that for the last 5-6 years we're playing terrible football, without passing, without moving, without speed, but we can't even change that until half of our team is consisted of players who can't play different football now when they're 33 or 35.
If we want to improve we need to take drastic measures.

Not many will agree with me, very few will agree actually, but the ones i'll do everything to get rid of are Alessandro Del Piero, Mauro Camoranesi, Fabio Cannavaro and David Trezeguet. Some of them are my all time favorites, but we won't do anything at all while they are here.

A simple coach change won't do anything at all. Mauro and Ale won't become faster, some of our midfielders won't learn how to play passing game and move better and move in a meaningful way.
The old guard has given so much to Juve, but right now it's only preventing us from improving. The dependence on them is hurting us a lot.

Then buy fast players, players who are the exact opposite of the Italian football school.

That's the only way to improve. Nothing else.
It will take lots of guts to do it, and probably some time until it starts working. But if we keep the old guard it will take us even more time and we'll only become worse.
 May be I can hide here in the forums after all.

that is not so untrue, but do to the respect the board owes to the old guard they will not rush any of them into retirement or sell them, but let that finish their careers here and than probably move on with other players.

we do not need to buy so many players. i bet we would do better with 5 of the primavera, because the young lads always run and make themselves available. we just need a coach who does not give a fuck about past glories and who has a clear image of what he likes us to play .. perhaps a new capello ;)

Of course we'll all start calling for Melo and Diego's heads, Legrottaglie's head, Caceres' head, etc., but the real problems are tactical ones. When Diego is all the way back retrieving the ball while Melo and Poulsen are chain-smoking at the centre circle, that's a fucking organizational problem. There are quality players in this squad, but they need to be organized properly and they need to show some drive. That means Ferrara's got to go, no question, but for the love of Christ replace him with someone who's competent tactically and can motivate the squad.

I'll take part of the blame on this one, boys. I was wearing a Juventus jersey through the whole match, and I never wear the shirt of a team I support during an actual game. Oh, another thing: call me selfish, but the good thing about all of this is that now Canadians can watch Juventus in the Europa League on TLN!

This is just the beginning. Wait until the World Cup starts.

I eagerly await Vinman's report.
No offense, but for the good of Italian football, I hope you guys crash out extremely badly. If so, Calcio will be more inclined to change as a whole. If you lot go far and god forbid win it based on traditional poor play, the suffering will be prolonged.

Never have I had so much disgust for one of my teams. The management is poor, the manager (one of my favorite players in history) is pathetic, and the players are rubbish. Not to mention my dislike for the cocksucker Cannavaro who should have never been brought back here, the diving, slimy piece of trash Grosso who should have went back to Inter, garbage players like Poulsen, Molinaro, Iaquinta who aren't worth a sack of shit. Then Melo and Diego, two players who were fantastic for their clubs before they came here, look like cheap bastards on the pitch, not even worth a swap deal for Marchionni.

The club is broken. From top to bottom, we need changes.

Quite frankly, this Juventus isn't worth my time posting here, writing down my thoughts after this match. This joke of a team probably needs this disaster to weed out the imbeciles, but we'll see if anything comes from it.

Third worst day I have ever had as Juve fan after the 2003 loss and the Calciopoli sentencing.

ok, so obviously Juve played like mindless and gutless idiots tonight, but give credit to Bayern, I thought their every single players deserved a 8 rating, their were fighting for the ball as if their life depended on it, and Van Gaal really showed he knows this coaching business... their tactics was spot onbut yeah, we really sucks under Ferrera.

juve since last year doesn't depend on del piero imo, when we had amauri then iq in a hot streak we started lefting dp aside, being the 2nd choice. Now we need him because iq is broken :)P) and amauri scored 2 goals in 200 matches. I really don't agree on "let's get rid of him" thing. He is indespensable in the locker, in every juventino's heart, in the team. Maybe next year yes...
Please lets not make this about Del Piero. That wasn't my intention at all.

It's our dependence on the old guard. The old guard that can't keep track with modern football. The same old guard that will only get slower, which is the exact opposite of this modern football where everything is done in an incredibly fast level. Until we have them here, we will not improve.
With huge hope that I'm wrong about this, I'll say that i'm 100% convinced about what i'm saying.

But they're only part of the problem. The other part is explained by Andy. We need a coach who has absolutely nothing to do with Italian football and thinks 100% differently from the Italian football school.

We can't go on with this mummy football and in order to get rid of it, we must get rid of the "mummies". We must replace them with players who are able to keep track of the way football develops.

Think long-term. In short term (very short term, though) losing Camo, Ale, Trez etc might hurt us, but in long term it will be a blessing in disguise.
