Appiah did this for Del Piero and Ibrahimovic.
Appiah said so:
"i did phone before PSV match to Del Piero and Ibrahimovic. They said to me so, "if you score in this match, you make anything against us".
i did this too."
this goal is first goal in CL for Appiah.

I don´t understand this ??

I love it here. Really.

Imagine a guy lost in the desert without water who finds an oasis. I'm going to drink a lot at first, but eventually I'll return to normal drinking. :)
than cheers amico mio

Nothing is official yet.
You seriously believe Del Piero will get to start tonight? I mean, it's not Ascoli we are playing. We will field our strongest team tonight. No Del Piero, in other words. Let's hope he comes in during second half though.

it is strange when dp is not playing , all dp fans complain why capello did not give him a chance and when he give him the chance he do nothing worth mentioning other than falling down everytime someone touch him.

I don't think I am the one who is complaining about DP not playing.:cheesy:
although I love to see him play more often.

I don't hide when I saw him playing bad:cheesy:

It wasn't exactly his best moments on the pitch. Far from it. But that was Capello's strategy for the second half. Win possession. Take the fouls. Kill the clock. Ugly, but it worked in the end -- and did what we failed to do with the 2-0 lead over Inter at home last year.

Fortunately we didn't need DP in a come-from-behind role. But if we did, his play probably would have been quite different. (If not, we would have been in deep %$#$.)

I don't think that DP play a bad game against Inter, like swag said I think he did what Capello wanted him to do... also you have to add to that, that our midfield was concentrate in defending in the second half, so DP and Zalayeta didnt have any kind of support from the midfield, so when a ball got to them the had to figth with all Inter defenders.

Now, about him falling everytime he got touch, well we have to consider that DP is not the kind of player that you would use to hold off the ball, he doesn't have the phisicalls to do that, so I think that even with that limitant he did a fairly fine job, not outstanding, but a fair work, like swag said Capello wanted him to win fouls and to kill the clock wich he acomplish to do.

And Im not biased or anything, in fact if you look at the ratings of every soccer paper in Italy, almost every paper give him a 6 rating, wich is not bad...

He was not great, I agree, but like I said, he was fairly good.
