No but what im on about is that why would you want him to play well for a direct title rival.. doesnt make sense

I was trying to be nice:D

Let me rephrase the rephrase....

I hope he plays like carp, until we clinch Serie A, then I hope he catches fire (except against us).

Better?:D

It makes sense for people who are grateful for his services over the years, and the manner with which he conducted himself. We want him to play well wherever he goes. and if he goes to milan well it's our fault, we let him go.

Whatever you wish mate.. Im the same as you really, Im a team guy. I may have a fav player (probably Zambrotta) but its the team that matters.. not the individual.

I would only wish he would play superbly in the NT ;)

Exactly. :)

I agree 100% with your post---except substitute Buffon for Zambrotta. :)

We oughta be thankful for what DP gave to us and if he does leave (which I hope he doesn´t) hoelfully not to another italian team. And with a clause in his contract that says he can not return to serie a for five years (unless of course to juve), just like Zidane´s contract

I can't believe there are some fans here that would push Del Piero towards Milan...what a terrible day that would be to lose one of our greatest Juventini to such a hated rival. It just doesn't make any sense.

It makes a lot of sense, before being one of our rivals it's one of the best in the world; and that's all i would want for a juventino hero whose services are no longer "wanted".

BTW you're not watching the game??

I don't agree. I would rather keep the man and give him playing time periodically. Sending Del Piero to Milan would be a disaster as far as I'm concerned and I couldn't imagine seeing such a great Juventino playing in a direct rival shirt.

What game...the football game?

Lemme ask you this then, would you rather have Del Piero sit out the whole season on Juve Bench or play for Milan?

Yeah the football game
Who said he's going to sit the whole season on the bench?

Yeah the football game
I rather let Del Piero play a few matches than move to Milan. If that is what it takes to keep him with us instead of Milan, that is the least we can do.

Yeah I'm watching the game. Damn Pats are winning now.

Any player that leaves Juve can stink and burn for all i care
No offense man, but that is the most stupid thing I´ve ever heard...you gotta learn no respect a players achievements and respect his personal opinion. Now I would say I don´t care about the future of a player that chooses to leave Juve, cause he doesn´t like it here. But like Andy said, if you´re pushing the player away from the team, than you can not blame him from leaving.
