Totti is better than DP in past 4 seasons..the amount of goals, assists, stability, significance to the team...except the 02/03 season which i think DP did really well..
but totti cannot achieve what DP has(won CL, more seria A titleS) if he continues to stay in Roma! haha..
some of u say that Totti might win the golden ball if he plays for other major clubs..well, yes, but he has to change his temper first...learn from Nedved and Sheva!! hahaha...
For me, i respect Totti, he is the most gifted italian player since R.Baggio, mentally tougher than DP...but what he did in Euro2004 really upset me..as an Azzurri fans. i think he got a lot to do for the NT to compensate what he has done!
and i seriously think Lippi needs to call up Totti and DP again coz this team just can;t create!!!!
We don't lovee Del Piero because of Juve,as we don't love Juve because of Del Piero .
Our love for Del Piero rises over years, and I forexample will love him wherever he goes, if he goes. And love for Juve is something special.
Certainly,Del Piero gives contribution to whole that story.

If Cassano does come (it seems to be looking this way at the moment) - will it mean the end for DP at Juve?

I can't believe Juve will get rid of him, but Trez is a very different player to Cassano so he'll stay, Zlatan will definitely stay, Mutu could go....but so could DP.

And to be honest, if Cassano comes, I can see Mutu and DP leaving (unless Mutu is used more in midfield but I doubt this).

DP leaving is looking like it could very well happen!

IMO, I think the money should be used on a creative midfielder.
Zlatan and Del Piero had a very good season by scoring 30 goals in the serie A while both are not finishers. Mutu could play more of a left wing which is good. Cassano, well he plays as DP and Zlatan..
All the world are talking about a possibility of Cassano coming to Juve hmm... I say one word to them : MOGGI :D
In the next weeks everything will be clear if we will capture Cassano or other players.

Del Piero won't leave as simple as it...
Well if Cassano does arrive then Capello is unlikely to leave him on the bench, Zlatan will play as well - and if Capello uses 3 forwards then the other starter would be Trez.

DP didn't like being subbed this season, but he at least started the games - I can't see him accepting starting from the bench. Especially in a World Cup year.

Of course this all depends on Cassano actually coming....but if he does it might be in DP's best interests to go. I still can't see him leaving though I agree.

Is Cassano worth all the merry-go-round his arrival would prompt?

Well even i am ashamed to say it but this whole nonda thing does look more and more like cassano may actually come, but it could go the other way and give del piero more of a reason to perform.

Guys, guys... we said that same things last year.. All the speculations were about Deschamps and Parandelli. Then it was more of Parandelli because he refused to renew his contract with Parma. Even Moggi came out saying that our new coach will be either Parandelli or Deschamps. He even said that pen will be put to paper in two weeks or so. Next thing we know Capello is our coach.
I am not saying that we won't sign Cassano, nor am I saying that we will sign him. What I am saying that with Moggi you cannot tell what he will do. Even the players don't have an idea. Sometimes I doubt that even Capello doesnt have an idea :D:D

My NOnno jus came back from italy as of right now and he told me that the deal is almost done and that we are giving 18 mill plus tachi+mutu+blasi they are freaking out in italy right now for sure. But even my nonno said that if cassano come this will kill del piero. My nonno is hoping that hell go to a team like samp or udinese where he can take charge of the team, or im kinda hoping that maybe instead of mutu they could throw del piero to roma where he will play with totti and montella.

Oh my God, you did not just say that. Del Piero is no way in hell going to Roma to play with that clown Totti. Aren't you aware that Roma is scum club number one for Juventini?
