Del Piero is the greatest ever statistically - true, but there is another thing: he stuck with us in the darkest period in club history and not just stayed with us he united us, lead us out of there, into Serie A where he became Cappocanoniere right away, and later made Europe remember us by that beauty of a FK against CL in our first CL comeback after B, he put us back on the radar... in the mids of anti-Juventussness all over, he shed light into haters' hearts...
With all due (endless) respect to Gai Scirea, but this ^ just puts Ale above everyone else and even if someone one day might surpass him statistically, no one will be able to top that.

I haven't seen nearly enough of others Juve legends (such as Scirea, Platini, Boniperti) to make that comparison. Del Piero is the biggest since I started watching. But I highlighted the below because Del Piero broke someone else's records, and for young players hoping to join Juve, there are Del Piero's records ready for him to try and break as well.
so even Ale himself says it's 286.

I'll never forget last night, but today there's enough space for just one thought: we are Juve, our team is worth to be in the finals ( again), the opportunity earned in a tough match against Milan, the Champion of Italy and the team that leads the championship's ranking.
