No, I expect him, himself, to decide over his retirement. That's the natural way and any other way except that is "such a way".
And how do you know he's not decided himself? Because he didn't announce it first?

The club's always afforded him more courtesy than others (think Camoranesi, Trezeguet), so I'm highly doubtful that they told him to pack his bags and fuck off.

Del Piero NEVER EVER said that he's retiring this season. He was asked billion of times and his response was always that he's not thinking of this right now and that he wants to focus on his up-coming games. So stop fucking playing and acting like you know it all Cumurria.

Del Piero in-form is still better than anyone we have and to think the man accepted a huge wage-cut that makes him earn less than the likes of Motta, Bonucci, Barzagli and many others makes me feel like throwing up.

If the man wants to retire let him announce it himself, knowing Del Piero I don't expect him to contradict Agnelli because he's too class to do it. But who the fuck is Agnelli to announce Del Piero's retirement with Juve?

Actually I should, but there's no need, only repeated it twice. As I feel I should as you given Trequartista a lot of crap when in reality he was right, and now all we get is STFU. Very intellectual indeed.
STFU.

and who's that jerk off on your avatar?

del piero > all other juventus legends combined > everything else > juventuz forum cynics.

I know he isn't but the simple matter is that our current management has no respect for our legends. I can guarantee you, they'll treat Buffon in a similar fashion once he doesn't make it for the azzurri.
You mean Marotta...

Uh, I'd say the vast majority of people following Juventus were aware that this would be his last season.

The only people who didn't, probably, were a few crazy holdouts on this site.
I think it's better that they announced it now, as now at least we know we can go and need to find a new replacement for him, now don't get me wrong, nobody will ever be as good as Del Piero, but the replacement is ideal. Now seeing that today Agnelli said more money is going to be spent, and their going to offload two strikers, I think this is the right time to get someone like Giuseppe Rossi.

Are you having an affair with Trequartista? You keep defending and mentioning his name in almost all your posts.

And most importantly, who the fuck are you????

His name is Marco Verratti, proclaimed to be the next big thing in Italian Football, plays for Pescara. Check the scouting section.

For your own information... that jerk off supports Juve, and his idol is Del Piero. Once again, all in the scouting section. Please don't come up with none sense without knowing what you're speaking about.

Who am I? I'm me. Plain and simple.

Well, I have 153 posts, only with 6 posts mentioning his name. So let's not condradic ourselves here.

If this is the Del Piero replacement, I'll laugh so hard I might cry.
Same, but once again it's not a replacement in which he will be just as good or better, because we all know that will never happen. There will only be one Del Piero like I posted to you earlier, though, a replacement is going to be needed, most importantly a support striker. Rossi comes to mind when we speak of the market.

Yeh i know this is all too fishy.... because del piero would at least hinted it.

I know he said some weeks ago that maybe he would think about it or something like that.... but is still weird that agnelli said this now.

Im just crossing fingers that it was said with DP´s consent...... otherwise i dont see DP getting this with a smile.
