We did score five goals when we used it, then Ciro dropped it.

Del Piero or not it was a very poor decision. He should have kept that same system running with Seba out left.
We scored five goals twice.

It sounds as if we did it all the time, until Del Piero played. That's just not fair.

When we played that formation with those players, we did score 5 goals per match. Or 4 goals per match on average.
What's with the hysterical laughs? Do you disagree with the stats?

I think that we're all Juve fans here who followed Juve last year and who are perfectly aware that I'm not talking about 30 matches but about 3-4 matches where we played that same formation with those same players in attack.

Come on, Alen, it was kind of dishonest to put it that way :D.

The point of that post was to tell the poster that he was wrong in saying that Del Piero started the Bordeaux match only because we didn't have another attacker except Immobile and there was no other option for Ciro but to start Del Piero.
Read his post again, read mine and you will see that.

But no-one read it that way and people who actually knew that I'm talking about matches played in 1 single month, laugh it out.

If I was talking to some Real Madrid fans who never watched Juve, it'd have been dishonest, but I'm talking to people who followed Juve and who should have known by default what am I saying.

Or maybe they did but they tried to discredit the post that for God knows what reason didn't suit them.

Your stats Alen can't be taken seriously I'm afraid. I know how you like to use them but you can't sell it here in a Juventuz forum where the fans know how we played last season before and after Ale returning from injuries. The way you put "we were scoring 5 goals per match" is only making you lose your credibility over here. You are telling the truth, we scored 10 goals in two games but you know yourself how much that statement was dishonest. Yes, you and I both know how you can be telling the truth and being dishonest at the same time. You are always great with bringing stats to shed light on things but you are using them in a way only to support your own point even if it means that you have to hide another part and this is what I call dishonesty.

I have absolutely no idea what are you talking about. If anything, I am always trying to show all aspects of the whole when showing the stats and what I hate the most is when stats are used to show only one aspect, the one that suits the author.

P.S: Wait a minute....Did you maybe read my post as an attempt to show how Del Piero was the reason we started playing bad?
That might explain lots of things and your reaction.

What I said up there is that we had a winning system. We finally found a formation that works and that scored a lot, that scored 5 goals in matches, but Ciro fucked it up and destroyed a winning combination. I really hope that you didn't read it as another attempt to attack Del Piero. If you did, then :sergio:

No, I say it did have nothing to do with Del Piero. Still, you were being dishonest there with what you said.
