Zaccheroni makes a sub, Brazzo for Del Piero. While running to be subbed out Del Piero sees that Marchisio is down injured and starts yelling at Zaccheroni. Zac yells back.
I guess Del Piero was yelling at Zac for rushing out with the sub and still insisting on the sub despite Marchisio's injury.
Then the meds saw that Marchisio can't go on so Zaccheroni was forced to change his initial decision. He replaced Marchisio with Brazzo and DP played till the end.

Ale was really angry at Zac and it was probably because Zac insisted to sub him (my assumption, though).
