I'm not Capitano. ;-)
But he definitely have to do something, not just waiting for a new record etc.
Why Chiellini are speaking and Ale keep silent??? Maybe we have to change Captain? To man, who will lead us to something.
He DID speak. And he said that this is not the time for talking.
Here I quote some of the things he said, because you seemed to miss it:

In these circumstances it is really difficult to talk, because on one hand there’s really nothing to say (I’m sure that the only thing to do is to understand what has gone wrong, to improve and to give our best to get out of this situation), but on the other hand, keeping low profile could be taken for the lack of ability to assume responsibility. And I can assure you that this is far from being true.

and

I know that for now these are just nice words and exactly for this reason sometimes I prefer to say nothing and to concentrate on the training and on the pitch, but it is our task to transform the words into the facts as soon as possible. We have already lost too much time.

You understand now?

SABSAB, that he doen't behave as a leader.
It's not normal when Melo are speaking to press about our desire to change things, prove that we are good for CL etc etc, and Captain are keeping silence.
I felt like he just withdrew himself from this situation and just think about new records.
And how a leader should behave? To say and speak negative things about his coach? Or to influence his teammates and fans against his coach?

You should be our leader.

hrm, i can't quite understand someone arguing that alex did say to few words while we were in the ferrara crisis... i think nearly everyone (including alex) did speak too much of the same "ferrara-bla bla" ("need to work harder", "pull up sleeves" "will find a way together") to the media.
