But we want what is best for Del Piero because it translates in better chances of success for the club.

Rab, I love you bro, but you are incapable of objectively looking at Alex. There's nothing wrong about that, but just don't make it seem like we hate Del Piero. You know I don't.
Andy....

If really this is what some of you want (the best for the club) none would be complaining tonight. The man was fouled for fun today, scored two goals another 1(offside) and was combining pretty well with everyone. And still some are unsatisfied.

One mistake he did tonight is when he lost an easy chance inside the penalty area.

I can't be anything but biased when I hear Nick saying Diego was better (who fucking compared them???) or when he says he didn't have much of an impact? (Two goals are not an impact??)

I can be one objective person with anyone but haters. Just like Ibrahimovic admirers can't be objective with me because I hate his guts.

Last but not least, and this is very important for you guys to know.... We all, yes we all know he's not yet back to his best, no one has even said this but at the same time saying he's not good enough to start/play and is off-form when he hasn't played much enough is silly.

I love you much more, btw.

Del Piero had nothing to do with Melo having a good game. Melo kept his passing simple instead of trying to find Del Piero wherever he was on the pitch, and intercepted many passes and crosses from the wing.

Give the credit to Melo, not Del Piero, for Melo's own performance, clowns.
I am not saying Melo doesn't deserve credit. All our players deserve credit for their performance tonight. BUT it is still a fact that Del Piero plays an important role on the psychological part of the team. This is not the first time it happens. many players throughout the years talked about that, including Buffon.

I've seen too many of them since I joined the forums. The Nick guy is hilarious.
Del Piero scored two goals while the guy he usually defends failed and is failing to score since the stone age with all the playing time he gets.

Forza the captain! Sublime finishing as usual.

I'd rather you address your posts at me if your talking about me. I don't defend Amauri but the bitching that is said about him is ludicrious. If you see most of my posts there about Diego. So....

Do I see that right? Ale was the only one who stayed on the field and went to the fans?

That pic is him celebrating his first goal, I think.

It just so happens the other players (except Salihamidzic who got instructions from Ferrara) were out of shot at the moment the picture was taken.
