To me, Pirlo isn't better than Zanetti. If Zanetti stays away from injuries, he's one of the best in Serie A. Pirlo is just wrong, it was great seeing him in 2006, but he's just too wrong now.

I agree on pirlo, not even the milan fans really like him as far as I know.
he is a bit like Camoranesi, when he is on top of his game he is great, but he hasn´t in a while.

Maybe Gilardino (if he is on top) is an alternative to Iaquinta/Pazzini

Pazzini is good, definitely a better player than Gila and Toni, easily better. Between him and Iaquinta would be for me.

Indeed, Zanetti retired. Otherwise he'd be one of my first choices. Massively underrated, too bad he's injured just about as often as Tudor...

I always thought Cassano was very overrated. Sure the guy has a nice technique and truly amazing vision, but for every good or great game he plays, there's 3 bad ones.
