I was reading the reaction on Juventuz LIVE thread when Ale elbowed that Catania player, some people were saying that there was no need for that and that it was a stupid thing to do, but the man can't always control his temper for the rest of his life... there are limits where human can explode, that mother fucker kept kicking and pushing him from behind when it was obvious he wasn't going for the ball.

i had a deja vu when i saw dp's reaction..then i rememberd hagi in the uefa cup final(galata-arsenal)...he was passing tony adams ..then adams grabbed him by the shirt/hands...hagi kept running with adams in his back..finally adams took the ball (fuckin refferee didn't whistle, obviously) and hagi released a fist in adams back. Adams got the yellow..Hagi, red.

Nah. Del Piero made it clear that he wasn't entirely happy with the player's behaviour. The referee saw it the same way. IIRC the commentator on RAI called it a gomitatina.
