I think he played more than enough yesterday...

I know he's under a huge pressure these days to score that damned goal, but it makes a negative reputation for him if he keeps making such reactions when substituted...

IMO, DD's reply in the article is brilliant...

Dont worry guys about him ... it's just normal for someone to have such time ... it won't be the longest time he didn't score ... we all know he's the best :agree:

Maybe it wouldn't even be a bad idea to bring him in as a substitute for Bojinov for the 2nd half or something. He'll get a warm welcome and carried on a wave of chants, he'll score against already tired Frosione players.
Would that be easier?
I don't know. It will come, we all know. And I agree with sateeh, hope it doesn't take too long so Ale can score "normally" again.

I dont think its a big deal.. DD made the right move by subbing Trez out just minutes after Alex.. A some sort or reconciliation for alex.

He is probably also still pissed about Donadoni and Georgia...negative thinking will result in negative play...maybe that is why Ale is not at his best

Ale is defianlty feeling some sort of anger wateva it is! Its not helping him nor the teams morale i fear, his not saying much maybe its time to let some of the anger built up over so many years out? I dont know if its all about this goal it may run just a bit deeper?

Bojinov praising Ale again.

Bojinov eyes key assist
Monday 23 October, 2006
Valeri Bojinov has admitted that he would love to be the one to help Alex Del Piero score his 200th goal with the Bianconeri.

The Old Lady recorded its sixth straight win over Triestina on Saturday, but Pinturicchio failed to reach the important milestone he has been chasing in the past few games.

“Right now, he needs and wants to score that goal which can allow him to enter Juventus’ history, but he’s already part of that history – he is the symbol of this club,” said Bojinov.

“We all know who Del Piero is, there is no need for us to make any further comments. But I would like to be the one to serve him in scoring this important goal.

“If I were to play on Saturday, I will try to help him. I will dribble past the goalkeeper and I will wait for him to score goal No 200, so this way he will maybe feel calmer.

“We are a very united group and this is important, it makes me feel close to the rest of the team even when I am not on the pitch.

I appreciate the fact that Didier Deschamps considers all his men equally important, it is good to know that he trusts every one of us.

“During these two months at Juventus I have learned many things, first of all I don’t have to prove anything to anyone.

“I must only do what the Coach asks me to do, in order to help my teammates and do well,” concluded the Bulgarian striker.

Bojinov is expected to complete a permanent £4m move to the club at some stage this term after his loan switch from Fiorentina.

Why is that?

if ale is going to score his 200th goal, he would want it beautiful not handed to him by anyone. but i have to say bojinov is a wonderful person for saying all those things---and im not holding anything against him

i know he has good intentions but i think what he's suggesting is kind of insulting to del piero.
if anything it's a little childish, insulting no way. bojinov is still very young, but his heart is obviously in the right place.

Fair enough and I understand your point. I thought about that for a sec as well. But like you said, I don't think he really meant anything bad. He seems to admire Ale, and he takes him as an example.

And I think by saying he'll past dribble goalkeeper and pass the ball to Ale to score, I think he pretty much meant that he's welling to do anything for Ale to score.

yeah you're right i used the wrong word and i apologize---the comment sounds childish but i still believe bojinov's intention is good and i can tell he really admires del piero and will do a lot for him to get his goal. i don't mean be negative.
